1 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and JL888 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the JL888 website, mobile interface, games, sports betting services, and all associated features accessible at jl888.cam and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

JL888 operates as an international online gaming and sports betting platform serving a global audience, including players from Pakistan interested in cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL) and ICC tournament betting, football, UFC, live casino, and slot games. The Platform is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JL888 Platform, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the JL888 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money balance and any bonus funds, separately designated.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits or free spins credited to an Account subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before permitting withdrawals or, in some cases, continued account use.
• "Operator" means JL888 and the entity operating the Platform under applicable international licensing arrangements.
• "Platform" means the JL888 website, mobile site, applications, and all associated services and content.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law, operator policy, or licensing conditions.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player or credited as withdrawable winnings, net of applicable bonus restrictions.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit) must be staked before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, referenced as a familiar currency for contextual examples throughout these Terms.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on JL888, a User must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during account use:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence — whichever is greater.
• Be a natural person of legal capacity in your jurisdiction to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from within, a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any employee of JL888 or any of its corporate affiliates or technology partners.
• Not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform under any self-exclusion, operator exclusion, or multi-operator exclusion programme.
• Not be registered on any self-exclusion scheme that extends to platforms of this type under your applicable jurisdiction's responsible gambling framework.

4 Account Registration

Each eligible User may hold only one (1) registered Account on the JL888 Platform. Operating multiple Accounts, or registering a new Account following a previous Account closure for breach, is strictly prohibited.

You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and any other information required at the point of registration. You are responsible for keeping your Account information up to date. JL888 is not liable for any loss arising from incorrect or outdated information provided during registration.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time verification codes with any third party. JL888 will treat any action taken using valid Account credentials as authorised by the Account holder unless you have notified us in writing of unauthorised access.

Only one Account is permitted per person, household, IP address, device, payment method, and postal address. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, JL888 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all pending bets, and retain any bonus funds. Winnings generated through a duplicate Account may be voided.

5 Terms of Use

By using the JL888 Platform, you agree to the following terms of acceptable use. Violations of any of these terms may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure.

The Platform is provided solely for personal, recreational entertainment purposes. Commercial use, resale, or systematic exploitation of any Platform feature — including odds, markets, bonus structures, or game mechanics — for any form of commercial advantage is prohibited.

Users must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim introductory offers, coordinating staking strategies to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional errors.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Participating in match-fixing, manipulating sporting events, or betting on markets where you have inside knowledge that provides an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to conceal the illicit origin of funds through gaming transactions.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or systematically extracting data from the Platform's odds feeds or game engines.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or JL888 support agents through any communication channel.

JL888 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, third-party infrastructure failures, or regulatory events may result in temporary unavailability. JL888 is not liable for losses arising from Platform unavailability, provided that reasonable notice is given for planned outages where practicable.

6 Deposits & Payments

Players must deposit funds using payment methods currently listed as available in the JL888 cashier. Available methods may change without advance notice. The following information relates to payment references familiar to Pakistani users — these references are contextual only and do not imply that any named provider endorses, supports, or permits gambling transactions:

• Mobile Wallets (contextual reference): Easypaisa, JazzCash — users must verify availability in the cashier and comply with the applicable wallet provider's own terms of service.
• Bank Transfer (contextual reference): HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah — bank availability must be confirmed in the live cashier; bank policies regarding merchant categories take precedence.
• Raast (contextual reference): Pakistan's instant payment infrastructure — availability depends on current cashier integrations.
• Cryptocurrency: Where supported, BTC, USDT, and other accepted assets — specific networks, minimum amounts, and conversion policies are detailed in the cashier.

• All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

• JL888 reserves the right to request verification of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions. No guaranteed processing timeframes are stated; actual times depend on the payment method, KYC status, and operator review procedures.

• The Account holder must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The name on the withdrawal method must match the verified name on the Account exactly.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals of Real-Money Balance (funds not subject to an active bonus restriction) may generally be requested at any time, subject to Account standing and minimum withdrawal thresholds.
• JL888 reserves the right to request additional documentation for withdrawals above certain thresholds, in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
• Withdrawals to third-party payment methods not previously used for deposits, or not registered in the Account holder's name, will not be processed.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on JL888 are subject to specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated on each promotion page. As an illustrative example only: a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and virtual sports may contribute at reduced rates or be excluded entirely.
• Maximum Bet: While a bonus is active, the maximum stake per bet or spin is limited as stated in the specific promotion terms. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus forfeiture.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses expire within the timeframe stated on each promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from crediting. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without further notice.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Some bonuses apply a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from bonus-derived winnings. Amounts exceeding the cap may be removed before processing.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus may be held in an Account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.

JL888 employs detection systems to identify bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: multi-accounting to claim introductory offers, low-risk staking strategies designed to systematically unlock bonus funds, and coordinated betting across multiple Accounts. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse may have bonuses voided and Accounts permanently closed.

9 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting markets on JL888, including cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, football, UFC, and all other covered sports. Sport-specific rules and market settlement procedures are published separately in the Platform's Sports Rules section.

• All bets are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time of placement confirmation. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• JL888 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market affected by a clear pricing error (palpable error), regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to network latency and the Platform's live data feed. JL888 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, market settlement rules for that specific sport apply as published in the Sports Rules section.
• Maximum win limits per bet, per event, and per day are set by the Platform and may vary by market. Current limits are displayed in the cashier and sportsbook interface.
• JL888 reserves the right to limit stake amounts, restrict market access, or close Accounts identified as engaging in professional or systematic betting strategies that present unacceptable commercial risk.

10 Responsible Gambling

JL888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time controls, reality check prompts, and self-exclusion options accessible through the Account dashboard. These tools are available to all registered Account holders from the point of registration.

• Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit and loss limits through the responsible gambling settings in their Account dashboard. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion options allow players to suspend access to their Account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed as quickly as reasonably practicable.

11 KYC & Verification

JL888 is required to verify the identity, age, and source of funds of Account holders as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. KYC verification may be requested at the time of registration, before the first withdrawal, at any point during Account use, or following any activity that triggers an internal review threshold.

Typical KYC documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification: a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport. Both sides of the CNIC are generally required.
• Proof of current residential address where required — such as a recent utility bill, bank statement, or other official correspondence dated within three months.
• A selfie or liveness check as directed by the verification portal.
• Confirmation of payment method ownership where required for withdrawal processing.

All documents submitted for KYC must be genuine, unaltered, and clearly legible. Altering, obscuring, or falsifying any document submitted for verification is a material breach of these Terms and may constitute a criminal offence. Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's official secure HTTPS verification portal. Never send identity documents through unsecured email, WhatsApp, or any unencrypted channel.

JL888 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal requests pending completion of KYC. If KYC cannot be completed to the Platform's satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe, JL888 may close the Account and return the Account Balance (net of any bonus funds) to the originating payment method.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL888 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, game interfaces, odds data, software, and database structures — is the intellectual property of JL888 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database rights laws.

No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, adapted, publicly displayed, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of JL888. The JL888 name, logo, and brand identifiers are proprietary marks of the Platform and must not be used without express written authorisation.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence is automatically revoked upon any breach of these Terms.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, JL888 excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds or winnings resulting from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party infrastructure failures beyond JL888's reasonable control.
• Consequential, indirect, special, or punitive damages of any nature, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, or content published on the Platform.
• Any impact on your financial situation, relationships, or wellbeing arising from gambling activity on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits JL888's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. JL888's total aggregate liability to any Account holder in any calendar year shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Account holder in the relevant period.

14 Termination

You may close your Account at any time by contacting JL888 support through your Account dashboard. Upon closure, your Real-Money Balance (net of any bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC and any pending review procedures.

JL888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any additional platform policies.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected fraud, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Regulatory requirements or instructions from licensing or law enforcement authorities.
• Account inactivity for a prolonged period as defined in the Platform's dormancy policy.

15 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JL888 holds its applicable operating licence. Nothing in this clause affects the rights of consumers under the mandatory laws of their country of residence where those laws cannot be excluded by contract.

Pakistani players are specifically advised that this platform is not operated under Pakistani domestic law, is not authorised by any Pakistani regulatory authority, and does not claim compliance with Pakistani domestic gambling legislation. Players in Pakistan use this Platform subject to the laws applicable to them personally — obtaining independent legal advice is recommended where uncertainty exists.

16 Amendments

JL888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via the Platform, email, or both, prior to the amended Terms taking effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document reflect the current applicable version. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of their obligations and entitlements.
